So how does this work? The waste gathering cycle begins at the loading station spot of the apartment where trash (inside or outside bags) is placed through a hopper door into a vertical garbage passage (known as garbage chute).
Once the unit is filled up, a computerized system of vacuum exhausters will produce a negative push to the pipes which will transfer the trash bags to a core collection station.
There will also be a sprinkler to clear out the trash pipe based on random conditions and an extra discharging may be used in cases there are is larger waste output, reducing that way any unpleasant trash smells.
The construction will also be equipped with a rainwater collection system, harvesting water for landscape irrigation purposes, along with two charging station points for electric vehicles.
The system of security will also be multi-level. The developer will craft a security program that will monitor visitors, food delivery people, and e-hailing drivers.
The app will also feature a QR code that incoming guests will have to scan once they enter the building and will be allowed a preset time to stay there. After this time has expired, the security guards will be able to monitor the current location of quests and find out whether they are still in the buildings or not.
