So how does this work? The waste gathering cycle begins at the loading station spot of the apartment where trash (inside or outside bags) is placed through a hopper door into a vertical garbage passage (known as garbage chute).
Once the unit is filled up, a computerized system of vacuum exhausters will produce a negative push to the pipes which will transfer the trash bags to a core collection station.
There will also be a sprinkler to clear out the trash pipe based on random conditions and an extra discharging may be used in cases there are is larger waste output, reducing that way any unpleasant trash smells.
The construction will also be equipped with a rainwater collection system, harvesting water for landscape irrigation purposes, along with two charging station points for electric vehicles.
The system of security will also be multi-level. The developer will craft a security program that will monitor visitors, food delivery people, and e-hailing drivers.
The app will also feature a QR code that incoming guests will have to scan once they enter the building and will be allowed a preset time to stay there. After this time has expired, the security guards will be able to monitor the current location of quests and find out whether they are still in the buildings or not.
About Mah Sing
Mah Sing Group Berhad was registered on the Main Market Board of Bursa Malaysia around 1992 and was established as a property development 2 years later, in 1994.
Today they are proud to be one of the most established property developers in Malaysia who take into account the latest market demands and revise the concept of affordable and accessible luxury for our clients.
The company has a proven track record of various projects such as integrated constructions, master plan townships, A-class office premises, commercial projects and industrial units.
The covered areas of Mah Sing include Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Penang, and Sabah.
For over 20 years, Mah Sing has been developing legendary projects which have earned more than 150 local and international awards and recognition in terms of performance, business governance, philosophy, innovation, product planning, and quality.
Mah Sing is aimed at first-time homeowners, business people, young couples, young families and local investors from nearby regions like Taman Selayang Jaya, Taman Wahyu, Bandar Menjalara, Sentul, Segambut, Batu Caves and Taman Seri Gombak.
“Luna” is the Latin word for the moon and the goddess of the moon. The developer originally had many ideas for naming the project but Luna was quite a good match for the concept of the project. He wanted a name that would effortlessly match the project settings as it will surround the Kepong Metropolitan Park which will have a 57ha lake for local residents wishing to try fishing and kite-flying.
Someone once said that “romantic things happen under the moon by the lake” and there is another one saying that full moon brings the family together.
M Luna @ KL North is actually the second residential construction of the company. The first development was Lakeville Residence, located in Taman Wahyu, which consists of 6 residential units and 10 2-storey stores. The project opened its doors 4 years ago and is 99% occupied. The first 4 towers have been fully developed and the other two are estimated to finish next year. Because of the warm response of the public, the company decided to plan another construction in the same region.
With more than 25-year history and experience of the developer group, we are totally confident that M Luna will receive a great response in the property market due to the affordable cost, special lifestyle facilities and nearby infrastructure.
